Something different... Military finds and other old stuff..

This page will be my place to catalog the military, vintage and antique items I find, mostly from resale shops.  

Much of this stuff I use or wear regularly.

1. Possibly WW2 (need to verify) HBT jacket.

-OD herringbone cotton fabric. 

-No tears. 

-A few small grease smudges. 

-only remaining marking is "38R" tag inside at neck

-Tag inside right pocket has worn down to a tuft. 

-pocket gussets have been sewn down with different colored thread

-nicely faded as seen in difference between back fabric and fabric under collar. 

-Very faint outline where it appears that private stripes were once sewn on. 

This one fits me good.   Originality or repro will determine how much it gets worn. 

2. Resistol Survivor Ranchman suede cowboy hat year unknown. Size 7 5/8
